Bushwood Tournaments:
- Members playing in the tournaments earn FedEx Cup style points. If we have 14 or more players at a given tournament, we play two flights so that more people can earn points towards the Championship.
- Of course, the man at the top at season's end earns the title of "Top Dog" and is crowned the points Champion! With this comes a points Champ trophy to commemorate the achievement.
- The four members with the most points play in a Club Championship in December.
- The winner of the Club Championship gets a personal trophy to keep, as well as his/her name on the Bushwood Cup which they get to keep through the next season.
- Three of the tournaments every year are club qualifiers for NCGA Associate Club Tournaments.
NCGA Tournaments: How do I get to Play in an NCGA Tournament?
- Play in the Bushwood tournament qualifier and earn a spot
- Play in the NCGA Qualifier event on one of the qualifying dates, paid by Bushwood. Play well and make the cut. Normally about 10 - 33% of the field makes the cut, it is dependent on the event and the total number of players.
- Play in the NCGA Tournament, represent Bushwood and Win!
